HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Orders placed in the United States are processed and packaged within 3-5 business days. During the Holiday Season, it may take 5-7 business days.

Note: these are only handling time, it does not include shipping time.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?

FREE US SHIPPING over $35.

UNITED STATES: USPS First Class (5-7 business days delivery starts at $4.95)

CANADA: USPS First Class (10-14 business days delivery starts at $10.95)

INTERNATIONAL: International First Class (3-5 weeks delivery starts at $13.95)

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may take more than 3-5 weeks (additional week in holiday season) to clear customs and be delivered. If you still haven’t received your item, it my be held at customs, please check your postal service. Customer is responsible for any additional fees/charges assessed by the local shipping carrier, taxes, fees, customs, etc.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Our t-shirts are made of soft ringspun cotton. Most of the sizes are slim-fitted tees, which means they run a bit small. Our hoodies are regular-fit and runs regular. Wen encourage you to check the size for the best way to be sure. See the for size chart page for measurements.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

We recommended you to make measurements using the size chart before placing ordering. If you wish to exchange for a different size, please send it back within 21 days of receipt.

We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed. Items must be in the same NEW condition as received. For USA order, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back. You send it back to us, we send you the different exchanged product. For international orders, customer must cover shipping costs both ways.

ITEM RECEIVED WAS WRONG OR DAMAGED, DO YOU SEND REPLACEMENTS?

In the rare event that an order slips quality control and your item had a defect, we will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund for the following reasons:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • Your product was damaged
  • Your order has a printing mistake

Send email to AriseApparelCo@gmail.com and if necessary, just snap a picture of the situation. Use the same email from purchase with your full name and order number.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

You may return most item within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund/credit amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Item must be unwashed in the same new condition as received
  • Item does contain odor such as smoke, chemicals, your sweat, etc.
  • Item does not have pet hair from cats, dogs, penguins, yourself, etc.
  • Merchandise products in original condition of original packaging with no missing parts

​Shipping back the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Any returned items are subjected to a $6 restocking fee. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. Please send email to AriseApparelCo@gmail.com for a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
